Aha! That makes sense now. Only thing is...never seen a RG cop bike. But I suppose they may share the same front lighting harness...

This is the correct response, the extra wires are for European applications and because the bike is in the U.S. they are not used. Many use them to power accessories like a GPS etc, they receive power when the headlight does/bike is on so no drawing down the battery if you leave the GPS or whatever on. I hooked up a cell phone/USB charger to mine.
