I currently have 10 LA Choppers Twin peaks bars. The thing I dont think they have enough pull back for me. Ive had them on the bike for a couple years and Ive found that I lock my wrists and arms on long rides making my rides fairly uncomfortable.
Im 59 and at between the 10 and 12.5 wild one chubby bars. It looks like they have about 5 more inches of pull back which I think will really help.
My question for the under 6 Bagger crowd. Which bars have you run? I like to ride 400+ mile days so comfort is my main concern here.
I actually have both bars .......... The 10" on my 12 Ultra and the 12.5" on my 14' SGS. The only thing I notice, obviously, is a bit of extra height. I don't notice any difference in pullback or comfort for that matter, they are listed as the same pullback. That said I wouldn't hesitate to use either bike on the long haul although I tend to use the Ultra more for the long runs. I like the stability of the front end rubber and I have the detachable tourpak for it.

I just installed their 578's in 10" on my 14 FLHTK, I am 5'10". Call John at Wild 1, the guy knows his stuff.
Are your hands the right height? and just need more pull-back? I realized I wanted pull-back but not the height. I went with Chubby WO575's. Plenty of pull-back but you need, like many have said, close your eyes and find the right placement for your hands. When you ride with your existing and take one hand off the bars, how far back do you want your hand to be?
I have 12,5" chubby 502s, but i keep getting pain between my shoulder blades. I think 14" might have been better, but i am now trying to see if it's better going low instead, i'll get chubby 508s installed in a couple of weeks. i am 5.7" with 29" inseam, by the way.
I just put the 578's on my '16 Limited a couple months ago and couldn't be happier with the decision. I'm 6'1" and they fit me fine. I like my hands right at the fairing line and these put me there.
