move electra glide handle bars

can i move FLHTK handle bars closer

You can roll them down a little which may make them a little closer. Have to loosen the clamps. Don’t know if that will give you what you’re after though.

Extenders? If you mean risers, that won’t work on fairing bikes. You’re better off getting a set of bars to replace the stock, something like KW Sweepers or the like that brings the bars closer to the rider.

To get the bar closer and better wrist angle without looking like an ape, the KW 2+2 narrow sweeper is a VERY comfortable bar.

You will be surprised just how much the stock bars can be moved, also how much they seem to change shape, as you rotate them in their clamps. As you turn them towards you they will also get closer. It's best done with the help of a friend, to support their weight as you slacken off the clamps, otherwise you won't know where they started from as they drop!
