Default Which are Quieter?

Stock 103 with decatted header.
Kuryakyn Crushers or Cobra 909's?
Looking for a deeper tone to replace my CVO cans with Fulsac 2"baffels, screens, and blankets.

I prefer Crusher Mellows over regular Crushers for quieter performance.

The Thunder Torque Inserts™ will deepen the tone of any exhaust, stock or aftermarket.

They will also give a gain in low and mid range torque.

Here's a sound clip-

Switch to the Fullsac 1.75" baffle. Will give you deeper sound and more low end torque.

Default TTI's

So can I mount the W-158's into my Fulsac 2" baffles without having to drill through the CVO cans? Or do you install the W-258's behind the baffles? I didn't see where the instruction video shows them being installed. What's the distance from the baffle outlet are they mounted. Finally with the TTI's installed, should the exhaust note be deeper and quieter when using the same baffle?
They will also give a gain in low and mid range torque.

I seriously dont think Crusher mellows will be quieter then you 2" FS. I had the FS 2" wrapped and they sounded good but on long rides were a bit wearing - cammed 103" with decat header. Installed 1.75" and they are perfect. Not as deep of note as the 2" but sooo much better on long rides.

I just bought Crusher Mellows to replace the V&H Twin Slash Rounds on my Limited. The Mellows are across the board quieter... maybe a touch too quiet. They are REAL quiet at idle.... neighbor friendly for someone like me who's on the road early. The tone is deeper, & they have sort of a "tuned" sound to them. Having the restriction in the baffle makes them sound a bit.... restricted. Both systems have more exhaust/sound coming from the right side, but the Mellows much more so.

I'm looking for some standard baffles to try.

This is what a well known and respected tuner told me when I was deciding what to do:

"The Mellows are a touch louder than the FS 2.00" IMO. No SOP difference that I have felt. If you want it quiet and more low end, go with the 1.75" FS baffles, I currently have them on my M8, and they are easy on the ears with a noticeable SOP improvement."
