I recently purchased a Ram Mount system to mount my smart phone. I noticed a rough place in the casting on the U bolt base so I called Rev Zilla where I purchased it. After speaking with them I kind of felt like they were trying to make me jump through hoops to get a replacement. I said just forget it I will contact Ram Mount and see what they say. Ram Mount just simply ask me to send a picture which I did and in a matter of a couple of days I received a replacement. I was very pleased with Ram Mount but somewhat disappointed with Rev Zilla. Just wanted to share my customer service experience.
