Ram mount customer service
Broke a finger grip that holds my cellphone on my RAM-B-149Z-UN4U Handle Bar Mount today
So I called Ram Mount and the rep said it has a life time warranty, just email us what broke with pictures. So I did and within 30 min I get this response;

I use RAM Mounts on my snowmobiles, cars, and Harley. Absolutely Quality products MADE IN USA, and customer support
