How'd you know I did that? I had no choice a long time ago but to ride home in a minor tropical storm. Highway was covered in water so I tried a side street that was also flooded. Water was over the tail pipe. I was doing great until the light turned red and I had no choice but to stop and put my feet down in about a foot and half of water which of course, filled my boots. The exhaust note was awesome though. Sounded like a go fast boat since the end was underwater.Next oil change it took me a minute to figure out why the transmission fluid was white. Therefore I am very familiar with the purpose and function of that little hose.

Thanks again for all the help!!
If you actually paid that amount … that's up to you but I would find someplace else to take your bike for repairs if this person is charging $100 for that little hose … how can that guy even sleep at night.

I changed the entire transmission cover to a wrinkle black one, on my 14 FLHTK. I was about as hard as writing a ticket,YMMV.
