I installed new screaming eagle clutches in my 07 hd street glide. I also replaced that flat ring that goes in the clutch basket first then the cone shaped ring then your clutch disk and friction disk after installing all of this I start the Bike Up For The First time And i put The Bike in First gear And realese The clutch The Bike luaches foward And stalls Out. When i try to restart The Starter grinds buy if i wait a few min The Bike Will Start but Back to it lauching foward And stalling Out when i put it into First gear . Amy Help pleases i realy aprciate it alot

Go back and check your installation and follow the instructions in the Service Manual and the clutch installation instructions https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....locale%3Den_US

Don't forget to follow the Service Manual for fluid level and clutch adjustment after it's back together.

Yeah, If adjusted right, you most likely assembled it wrong. If no bigger ID first plate, you have to leave out the rings. Read the instructions.

Also, double check that all old clutches plates have come out. I had a friend leave a plate all the way in the back, they can be tricky sometimes. It gave him problems until we took it all apart again and realized the mistake.

Make sure there is not one of the rings left in the back. I did the same.
