My son bought a Yuasa battery form Amazon 9 or 10 mo. ago
and keep it on trickle charger. Then about a month ago it would
not start his Harley 88 cu in. altho the light on the charger was
green.
Went on line, some said that whoever was selling the batteries
did not keep them on a charger while the battery was in warehouse.
He called Amazon and they sent him a new battery, no questions ask!
So if anyone has had a problem with Amazon Yuasa batteries.
You might want to check with Amazon.......tenn
went south on me after 3 months. I called customer service and they sent a replacement, ask if I could dispose of the failed one myself and the 2nd
one has lasted for the past 18 months. Fwiw.
Going on my 4th year on my interstate and my stator went on me labor day weekend. Drove over 30 miles till it was drained , blinkers wouldn't work it was so low but made it to hotel. I hear alot of bad on them but I will buy another after this, because it's still going strong. They even have a better Harley battery now(more amps and better terminals. If u know anybody that knows somebody u can get wholesale prices.
i bought a Yuasa too !! you bet YOU *** A !! from Amazon too. i bought it because it DID have a high cold crank amp rating.
when i got it, it wouldn't hold a charge. they replaced it 2 days later, with me keeping the non charging battery rather than send it back.
