I have a simple question for all the older Harley riders...
Is it just me or did the Harley seem to srink over the years? I remember Dad's Bike being a lot bigger.... What I'm saying, Has the overall size of the Harley gotton smaller over time? Here's a pic of me sitting on Dad's HydraGlide... (I was 3)
I wish I could answer that question for you but I grew up on Jap bikes. It was only about 5 years ago that I saw the error of my ways and started buying American. Great photos though...
I remember my dad and his biker friends way back when I was a kid. They (both the bikes and the friends) seemed a lot bigger. I think it is a matter of growing up!
I do agree that the bath tubsbeing smaller. 23 years ago the wife and I fit into a standard size tub, now...well it must of shrunk (the tub, you gotta ask the wife about the other stuff)!
