Default 2002 RK Accessory Plug?

My new-2-me RK Classic needs a phone charger. Easy enough. In the process I came across the Accessory position in the ignition switch and wondered, "Where does this terminate?". The shop manual makes a vague reference to a port under the seat.

I don't see anything there. I do see a spot for what could be a relay, but nothing else.

How do you access the Accessory feature? Maybe directly through the fuse bic?

Thanks

Not sure exactly on an 02 as HD tended tomove the plug around a bit. On my 07 Ultra Classic the accessory plug is under the seat in fromt of the battery,. The accessory plug itself is a 4 pin female plug that has 12v unswitched, 12v switched, brake light power and a ground. Very nearby is a seperate, single female plug that provides B+ 12v power.
But, again, not sure where you can find it on your bike but the most common places are under the seat or under side coveres or possibly in the nacelle on an RK.

This is for an auxiliary port port and is for reference only an optional type of external power point.
Scroll down to step 7 in the instructions and read from there.
You will need to splice into the wiring or buy this https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....8?locale=en_US and those are the instructions.
Or you can run straight to your battery, but then you need an inline fuse.
I may have confused you and that is not my intention or I dont understand what you are trying to install.
But, I think I do

I would simply feed directly off the battery so the plug is always hot, but that's just me.

Bike have a connector for a battery tender? If so, this might be the most economical
