I guess I don't feel silly that I didn't know to set the Throttle position.

Bryan1724, I cant download the throttle positioning directions....POS computer doesnt have the software. Is there another way I can get the instructions? Can it be posted here ?
Couldn't get the formatting to work so this is the best I could do for you. The info is in the user's manual manual under the help menu. Look at power commander tools. Based on what I've read thusfar, the 0 throttle position is the more critical, but you should do them both.
Take care,

Smurf, your laptop must not have Adobe Acrobat Reader loaded. It's FREE software, so just go to the Adobe site and download it. Quick and easy and you'll be able to download what you need from Dynojet.
NuJohn - after a few days please let me know your impressions (i.e. engine heat, performance, sound): You got the EXACT setup I want to put on my 2007 RKC.

I think you'll like this setup, which is identical to mine. Jamie's map is excellent, and below is a dyno chart of the map he'll likely be installing in your PCIII. I've tweaked mine in the cruise and take-off range for mileage, but this hasn't altered overall performance. Heat is under control, too, even with my modified map.
I got the same setup plus I added Vance and Hines Dresser Dual headpipes. Runs very well even though I haven't adjusted the throttle position yet. I do think the 1.75" Rush pipes are damn loud though and almost a tinny sound at times. I wonder if I have a defective baffle ? Bike runs cooler and better (although the boys got hot running for a couple hours in 90 degree temps with high humidity yesterday). But then I'm the founder of the toasted nuts club so the boys are allowed to get hot.
