Hi Everyone
I have a 2011 Road King, heavy breather and V&H pipes, everything else is stock.
My bike started running a little rough a month back after I got fuel. Just like a faint stutter every so often.
I reckon I could hear some pinging as well.
It carrys on when I am at cruise speed, around town, the problem goes away when under acceleration on the open road.
It gradually got worse over the last couple of weeks, carring on around town and at 55MPH
It starts out great but after it warms up (10 miles) it starts it's stuff.
I pulled the codes and it led to CKP sensor.
Replaced the CKP sensor but bike is still running rough although the code doesnt come up now.
What should I check next???
Thanks
Pete
Same here glad you found it its always something small i was going to recommend you change your gas. Its a problem these day if you get a bad tank full.
