***UPDATE****

Just picked up the bike from the dealership.
When I dropped it off, I explained in detail when it happens and provided them with a short video I took showing what happens. It isn't as clear on a phone as on a pc. I will share the video.

When I dropped the bike off they saw a small nail in the front tire and thought that was the problem. I didn't think that would be the cause but they said they would not test ride until they changed the front tire. With 4500 miles and an ESP, I got a new tire for a $50 deductible.

They did a test ride and found no problems.
Tech Notes:"Front end is torques and in Spec Bearings are not notch Slight vibration on de-cell is normal

I was worried that they were going to say what I felt is normal. I took it for a test ride and feels like the problem was solved. I could not duplicate the problem under the same circumstances that I described.

The tech said that the tire pressure was low on the front and back. Told him that I had checked them after I noticed the problem. I corrected the pressure, and still had the same problem. He suggested that I get a new pressure gauge of good quality and don't trust the free ones that you get a Harbor Freight.

So it looks like I will also be purchasing a quality tire gauge.

Thank you for all your input.

Accutire makes a very solid right angle digital guage for about $10 on Amazon or EBay.

second on the accutire gage.... a bit of a pain to check the rear on my SG, but can do and the best part is get a good seal and the gage holds the pressure so you can see it when done.

From the video you posted, you're checking for a wobble right after you remove your hands from the bars under DECELERATION. Any bike will experience some form of wobble under deceleration if the steering head bearing is adjusted properly. There's a point in time when steering head actually almost floats between acceleration and deceleration. That's because the pressure is being transferred to the opposite side the bearing on the top and bottom of the steering head. It's at that point in time when this is actually dangerous. I honestly don't think you have any issues.

As originally posted, the problem occurred around closer to 2000 RPM. I did not feel a wobble as soon as I let off the throttle. It was after I coasted for a short time.
