I have a 2015 HD Ultra Limited with less than 5000 miles always garaged. Noticed the chrome separating from the rim on the rear wheel. Anybody else having this problem?
When I bought my '12 Limited, there were reports of the chrome peeling on some wheels....
As I remember, there were enough wheels with peeled chrome to get my attention, but not enough to be alarmed about. There were several reports of warranty replacement of peeling chrome wheels....
My stock rear wheel is covered in road grime and brake dust. The front wheel, which I normally keep clean, the chrome looks like crap and is peeling in several places. Next stop, ***** Shiny.

I have a 2019 FLHTK with 3000 miles, and I just noticed bubbling, tearing, and peeling on the chrome of my rear AND front wheels. The bike has never been ridden in the rain or with salt on the road. The tires have never been in contact with brake fluid or other harsh chemicals. I am very disappointed.
Anyway, the dealership took photos and is ordering replacements under warranty (lucky me! :/)
