Default Road King speedometer
Has anyone installed a HD speedometer on a Road King police bike that has the tach in the tank and the speedometer attached to the handle bars? I'm trying to get rid of the speedometer that is attached to the handle bars and move it, along with the tach, to the tank.

You can buy a combined tach/speedo unit to fit your tank, replacing your current tach. Just visit the H-D website and the Shop tab.

You can check the years it will fit, also download the instructions, so you can see what is involved. On your bike you may have to redirect the wiring from and to the speedo, but that shouldn't be too bad to do.
