Default Anyone Have Experience With These Pushrod Tubes??

These are on my 1995 Road King I recently bought. I believe they are made by JIM's. They give a description on their web site but don't explain how come apart. I think I am halfway there. The middle part looks like it has a pin in a slot and groove type setup. I believe. I push it down and try to turn it but cant' get it loose. Maybe I am not holding my mouth right. Thanks for any tips.

To me it looks like the button pushes down, and the the ribbed bulb should spring upwards. A small flat tipped punch might work well to depress the button. By chance is there a button on the backside too?

You may get better response if you ask this question over in the Evo forum.

Looks like a staked pin to me, not a button?
