How to: drag slipons
81 FLT, I upgraded the exhaust hangers to use Twinkie style exhaust, but I’m tired of the muffled sound. Thinking of getting some stainless pipe and making a slipon, but I’m afraid my hangers will be hideous. Anyone have a picture of something they created or have?

You have an Evo and may find the Evo crowd can help you, over in the Evo section, as many of us have trodden the route of using later exhaust systems. What do you mean by 'Twinkie style exhaust'? I have an '08 TC96 aftermarket 2-into-1 system on my 1990 Glide, which is fine in all regards. If you have a factory twin-pipe system you can use any of the later styles of muffler.
