Default Exhaust question

I just recently bought a new to me 2004 Road King. I have a set of rhinehart slip ons that I had on an 2010 Heritage Clsssic, will they fit on my Road King?

The Road King has the OEM exhaust pipes on it from the factory if that helps also.

I doubt it....if you look under the saddlebags you'll see how the mufflers bolt on to the saddlebag brackets. Seems like all my softail's mufflers weren't supported, the pipe/pipe bracket supported all the weight. I think the touring mufflers are longer too.

Yeah that was my mission tomorrow was to measure both the existing slip ons and the rhineharts and see what the difference is. Appreciate the input.

Just take off one of your bags and you will see how your mufflers are supported at the rear of the bags. Aftermarket touring mufflers use the same mountings.

I don't think they will. I believe the touring models have different mounts/brackets than other models.

You've really already got your answer, but applying your Username ("Keep it Simple"), let's restate the question and an appropriate answer...
