just bought the bike, haven't even picked it up yet. ESP isn't signed yet was looking at 2 years.
I just want some peace of mind on this bike.
it is a 2010 with only 10500km on it. So it has done a lot of sitting... The dealer did a 2 hour service tank flush, two new tires and battery.
The fact that was a single owner low mileage bike I'd why I bought it but also the reason I am nervous about it having sat for so long.. i have done a ton of wrenching on my old bike and want to not have to wrench for "repairs" for a while and ride it.

I just spoke to.a tech ar Fuelmoto and he was suggesting the woods 222 cam over both SE 555 And the Andrew's 48H , and adjustable pushrods saying the SE 255 is hard on the starting system..
Also said he would start by decating my factory 2 into1 head pipe. And a power vision tuner.
He mentioned that the SE pro tuner I have is an EPA complaint tuner.. I thought the orange tuners allowed you to work outside EPA and that was why they stopped using them...
thoughts and input please

What do you mean, why don't let them install?
The feds have cracked down on the motor company and dealers are supposed to report repairs and modifications to the motor company. The motor company has become epa/warranty *****. Henceforth your “orange” tuner has also been epa limited. Harley is not your performance super store...

, another option is a set of SE 204's, I had them for 23,000 miles in a 96" and loved them.

How do you figure they made the tuner EPA limited? The SE software doesn't seem restricted. The canned maps maybe EPA friendly but isn't that why they stopped selling the orange ones because they allowed the ECM adjustments that go beyond EPA guidelines and also why the MoCo dealers don't touch them currently? Unlike the street tuners..

I would HIGHLY suggest the T-Man 555. Excellent cam throughout the rpm band. I have it in my 09 (96) and in my 103.

i will say this. FM has done extensive testing on a lot of cams..including the 48H and the 222 as they sell both. that said..you can't go wrong with their recommendations. I did and I'm pleased.
good luck!

I checked the T-man website and they list cams under the Twin Cam Dyna but not touring specifically. Infact they only listed the Duna under twin cam cams.. wonder if that is deliberate?

Bottom Line... Get a tuner Dynojet PV/PCV or Fuel Pack, something good. Put some cams in that fit your riding style and enjoy.

I've been rolling the 48's with a canned MAP for a year and have been pretty happy with it. I'm gonna take it to RC for a dynotune soon and see if they can dial it in a little more. Mostly because I'm curious what kind of numbers she's putting out.

I'll leave the bike like this until it's time for a top end. If my runout is good at that time I'll bump the compression up with a 107 BB and some mild head work. If the runout is bad I'll be thinking 124"
