feel a good power increase ? off the line or just midrange ?
More power throughout the entire RPM range. They are great in the middle but make no mistake these are great cams and come on early and hold up nicely to 6200 if you push it that far.
Were comparing 48s that are designed to get the most out of your 96 to OEM Cams that are set to make the EPA happy. So yes they do outperform stock cams from 1000 to 6200 rpms.
Youll also like the idle better, not bad for a mild Cam on an EFI bike. I cheat and set the idle to 950 RPMs blap blap blap
been thinking of a cam upgrade for a long time finally ordered the andrews 48 cam, adjustable push rods, and lifters from fuel moto, someone tell me i made the right choice LOL

Hopefully himself, and save a bunch of money, even after buying a cam bearing tool. Easy job, and if you do it check your cam chain tensioners for wear. Also need to borrow bolt cutters to take out stock pushrods, unless you plan to have rocker boxes off for something else, like adding rockouts, if you have loud ticking top end. Anyway, food for thought. You'll enjoy those cams big time no matter how they get there.
