My 2013 Road Glide Ultra is have brake issues.
I keep reading some forum posts on abs problems.
Does anyone know how to bypass abs system??
And please spare me the liability speech.
Yes, take it back to the dealer to get it done correctly, or at least make them liable if there's a problem and anyone gets hurt. A word to the wise...
What kind of issues? It would cost a lot to bypass and make it function correctly. Do you try to bleed them yourself? Does the light keep blinking? Could you be more specific? Also welcome
OMG... no ABS are you F****** crazy? the world will burst into cosmic dust if you bypass your ABS
buy a set of factory non-ABS brake lines, hook em up and bleed, good to go
Installing the Non-ABS brake line assemblies from the Front and Rear master cylinders to the brake calipers would have the brakes working fine. The Master cylinders and calipers are the same. I'm not sure what would have to be disconnected to keep the ABS system from flashing lights and throwing codes. It might be as simple as unplugging it. Both brake line assemblies can be had for around $200.00 online.
I think you might need to retain the ABS circuit board to keep from throwing codes, and if memory serves the speedo is fed from the ABS tone ring signals

Another "I can stop better without ABS" thread?
What is your problem with ABS? Fix the problem.
There is an issue with brakes failing if you don't change the brake fluid on a regular basis.
