Or just buy a whole new headlight for $60 on Amazon and they work great

This isnt 2010 when you had to buy drop in bulbs because that was the only affordable option

After you install the new unit, shine it on a wall. Check for a bright horizontal stripe rather than a round spot with soft edges. My bet is you have the fuzzy spot, not the horizontal stripe. The horizontal stripe is the correct beam for a street legal headlight.

That was my experience with 5 H-4 replacement bulbs over the past 4 years. There is a reason one cannot return these things because they simply do not work, Every company that I have contacted will not allow me to return a working bulb. If they push these pieces of junk, I question the rest of their products and services. I have yet to see one LED h-$ replacement work better than the H-4 it replaced.

I am sure that that glaring light will help others determine your approach speed and direction.
