Posted a similar link on the Rushmore forum, but this forum is more active. Has anyone had their FP3 dyno-tuned with the Fuelpak Pro tuner? It was recently released by V&H for dealers and independent shops.
I didn't find it in the add, are they able to tune off a laptop now? That would be what I would think steered people away from that. No tuner is going to want to sit on his cell phone making individual cell adjustments to a tune.
The tool itself cool, I used one for a while and it worked well. Just decided to go ahead and go to a PV with TT when I decided to do cams and a 107 for ease of use and Steve at GMR would literally laugh at me if I showed up wanting him to tune a bike for me on a cell phone

With there being several brands of tuner devices available it is wise to check with your local dyno shops before buying a tuner device, as many of them only work with one or two brands. It may be a while before there are many shops who will tune with an FP3.
The FP3 is the best selling tuning device on the market, so it might behoove tuners to start tuning with it.
Don't know for sure how tuners decide which device to use......
I know there are many who like the PV and many that like the TTS.... there are some that can use both, but prefer one over the other.
I suspect a tuner will stick with/prefer the one he knows best, and feels he can do the best tuning with...regardless of current sales trends.... but I could be wrong.
That would be a guy that would never touch my bike. He has access to a dyno but chooses to use a FP3 Hmmmmmmm.
Meaning he can run it on the dyno and make changes as needed. The FP3 allows you to make changes to fuel and timing through the phone app. The Pro simply allows the changes through a computer, which is new...
