Default Neutral Light / Switch

I have a 2009 Ultra Classic and the neutral light doesn’t work. It’s been like this for a while. I was reading that it most likely the indicator switch. Can anyone help me with the indicators location? Thanks

The neutral switch is easy to test in place with a multi-meter and to remove and replace if you need to. However, in my experience from having this issue on two different bikes (one was a 2009 like yours), the problem is more likely to be the neutral indicator light in the dash. It's an LED that is mounted on a circuit board with the other dash indicator lights. The entire board gets replaced.
