I like black wheels for ease of cleaning, but i like the chrome for legs, exhaust, intake etc. It's a balancing act. I'm not sure what others think, but I think I balanced it out nicely.
I am about to "black out" much of the chrome on my charcoal denim street glide. I am still undecided whether to go flat black or gloss black or a mix of both. Is there a difference in long term durability between flat and gloss powder?
I took all of my chrome to my local Powder Coater and it cost $600 + the cost for Will Shiny Forks and Cans puts me right @ $850 not including the cost for gaskets or seals, which I bought all new gaskets, so $1000 ...... I think with your Blue color a mix of both would be nice
