2019 map updates

I have just been enquiring about map updates for the Boom Box 6.5 GT fitted to 2014-2018 model year bikes. Apparently HD have decided not to issue any new map updates past MY2018 which is actually a map version produced in Quarter 2, 2016.
So in my case, I have a £25k motorcycle that's a few months old with a £2k infotainment system installed with maps that are 3 years old with no option to update them.

I sometime wonder why I keep giving this company my business - thanks very much Harley, you sure as hell don't know how to look after your customers!

New map up date

I just updated my map from 2014 to 2020? According to naviextras . As for the cost CVO owners get 3 free updates over 5 years.It says so right in the owners manual.

No more free updates for CVO 19-20 model yrs, Just updated MY20 free update.

because maybe he is still under his 3 update/5 year plan? they didn't cut off everybody else's updates, they just aren't offering them with the new bike purchase any longer.

Makes sense. I assumed his bike is a 2019 model.
