It doesn't happen often but adding LED lighting to your Harley is kind of a can't lose proposition. There are good products on the market and they are fairly easy to install. After a close call with almost being rear ended last year I upgraded my lights, mostly on the back of my 2014 Ultra Limited. Harley provided the LED tail light and the fillers that go in the saddlebag mount brackets. Custom Dynamics provided the flasher unit for the tourpak lights and front turn signal LED's. Quality from both suppliers is good, Custom Dynamics seems a bit more competitively priced. Harley was flawless plug and play. Custom Dynamics has excellent customer service on the phone, but I needed it both times to make their stuff work. I'm not much of an electronics tech but I wouldn't be afraid to use Custom Dynamics again. In a heart beat. Have not tried any Ciro products but they are getting lots of press, and competition will make all suppliers improve.
Our bag lights are super bright and come with a lifetime warranty against LED failure! We have 3 different versions. Our Standard and Sequential BAGZ have 86 dual intensity LEDs and measure just over an inch high for maximum light output. https://www.customdynamics.com/bagz-...leds-bcm?cat=2
Our new Low Profile BAGZ are only 7/16ths of an inch thick, and look particularly sleek while still adding great rear visibility and widening out the rear lighting profile of the bike. https://www.customdynamics.com/low-p...ghts-bcm?cat=2
All of our BAGZ are plug-and-play on your bike!

So, I guess in Daytona you guys were unloading all of your old shi**y stock. I had you guys install saddlebag lights but you installed the huge, over sized ones with the metal trim around them. I expressed my dissatisfaction with them and you guys basically told me, too bad. I went right over the Ciro tent had them take off the lights and paid for their version which was much slimmer. You guys also installed 'Bat Blades' on my fairing. Again, I guess you guys were unloading old stock at the same price as new items that "just came out". They looked so bad that I again had Ciro take them off and paid to have them install their version.
How is it that these 'new' items were not available three weeks ago at one of the biggest rallies but yet they are now at the same price? When I expressed my dissatisfaction, you guys did nothing. It is a real shame that you guys were once known as the industry leader in both products and customer satisfaction. You became so complacent and cocky that you are alienating once loyal customers like me. Before removing the Bat Blades and saddlebag lights in Daytona the day after they were installed, I had just about every part of my bike lit up with Custom Dynamics products. I have the headlight with trim ring, vent light, front and rear turn signal lights, the rear tribar, and the adapter to blink all rear lights. I can tell you that I am not the only one that was complaining in your tent either. Three of my friends took their business over to Ciro because of the way I was treated and spent a ton of money.
If anyone is interested in their 'old' style bag lights or their 'old' style bat blades, I will sell them to you cheaply. They were just installed in Daytona and were on the bike for less than a day.
I went with the HD side marker lights on my 2014 Electra Glide. Their color and intensity perfectly matched the tourpak lighting.
I was hesitant with the adhesive attachment but they're still holding strong.

We’re sorry to learn that you are unhappy with your purchases in Daytona. We do pride ourselves on quality products and customer satisfaction and make every effort to maintain that. In doing so, we are always striving to improve our products, take advantage of the latest technology, and stay on the leading edge of the industry. The Batwingz you purchased and had installed are the newest version that Custom Dynamics offers. (The Batwing Fairing Trim on our website is actually an older version if that is what you are referring to.) As for the saddle bag lights, we displayed three versions of the Bagz Lights at the rally. The Low Profile and ProBEAM versions were set-up for demonstration purposes only because we didn’t have stock to sell or install. Only the Standard and Sequential Bagz Lights were available for install during Daytona and I apologize if that wasn’t made clear prior to your installation. The original version is still in production and highly popular, but we are more than willing to work with you on a solution and would have done so in Daytona if we had known of your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, we don’t have record of any complaint or refund request. Please, reach out to us directly at 800-382-1388 and we are more than happy to find a resolution that you will be happy with.
