Hey all, I been considering adding bad lights to my 2017 SG, does anybody have an opinion on either the Harley LED bag lights or the Custom Dynamics bag lights?

Not sure if you mean the bag lights that mount just below the bag lid and work as run/brake/turn, or maybe the filler lights that go between the bags and the rear fender, or something else.
In a nutshell the CD lights are brighter, cheaper and have a life time warranty vs the HD one year warranty. And the CD bag lights you mount just under the bag lid for run/brake/turn are available as regular turn signal or sequential. The HD does not offer sequential. I was going to get those for my RGU, but decided instead to not get those and get the CD FillerZ lights that mount between the bags and the fenders. CDs latest version is called Probeam and dang they are bright!
I am truly a big fan of CD products and wouldn't even consider any of the HD offerings. But there are also other brands out there that have been mentioned but I don't know anything about those other brands.

Just had Front (CD Pro-Beam Headlight, Passing Lamps and Turn Signals) along with these Rear CD lights installed on my new '19 FLHXS.
All, Run/Brake/Turn with strobe module.
The CD lights that mount under the SB lid rim is on my list of things to add. I might even consider adding the Tour-Pak light strip also, although I have a luggage rack with light coming that will get mounted on top of the TP.
IMHO, you can not have toooooooo much rear, or front for that matter, lighting.
I have CD lights and love them. My buddy has the Harley lights on his bike and CD lights looks much better/brighter. Cant speak on the Ciro lights but the CD lights are cheaper then the Harley and are very easy to install yourself.
I have the Ciro Bag Blades on my 09 ultra classic and like them. The only downside is you have to remove the seat to disconnect the plugs to get the bags off.
