I have an 07 electra glide and I want to put 10 in bars on. Was wondering if I'd have to extend any lines or cables or anything? And if anyone has any tips I would appreciate it! I bought the bars off Craigslist... They are Paul yaffe I believe and are 10 inch

Not sure on that bike but I doubt you'd need to extend anything. I changed out my bars from stock to Heritage style bars on my 09 Road King and nothing had the be extended at all......still have room to play with. Heritage bars are 12".
You won't need to extend the wiring or replace the cables. Note: your harness connections will be under the radio after the install instead of hanging on the fairing braves like they are now. Also you'll have to clip the zip tie on your clutch cable where it comes up the front of the frame and move it towards the middle to free up some slack.
Also, from reading your other post....take the time to internally wire the bars. The bars you're wanting to use are not made to run the harness on the outside. If you try it anyway, you'll cut some wires when you cinch down your hand controls.
You should be ok with 10" bars, no extensions needed.
I did my 09 SG with 12" I think they were, factory wiring was good.
How tight where the cables and wires? In 08+ they gave more slack in all the cables and wires just for the guys who want to run Apes.... If you put 12s would you say you could've put 14s?? Or do you think 12s where the max?
You will be good to go. your clutch cable will run around the back and over the top of your stereo. Re route it underneath it and gain a few inches. Allows you to run it through factory hole in dash.
