Default Inner fairing mod after bar install?

Over the winter I installed 10" Yaffe bars on my 15 SG. Once I put everything together my inner fairing would not sit properly (everything is miss alligned by a 1/8 of inch or so). I didn't notice at first but after I saw this I removed the fairing again thinking that it was sitting on a cable (which it wasn't). Then I started thinking that since the diameter of the new bars are thicker then stock that the bars are pushing the fairing up every so slightly. Anyone every have this happen? is just a matter of getting the dremel out and making more clearance for the bars on the inner fairing to make it sit properly?

That's exactly what I did on my '15 FLHTK when installing 14" Wild 1 Reapers. Didn't have to remove much. No issues when installing 14's on my '17 RGU.
