Street Glide wheel question

I have a 2017 Street Glide special and I bent my front wheel, stock 19”
I have a friend who put aftermarket wheels on his 2012 street Glide and he has his stock wheels with tires but they are the 18”
Anyone know if I can use on mine to get by without a big hassle and changing a bunch of stuff

I switched mine (2010) from an 18 to 19. The tire diameter is the same on both (less sidewall on the 19). There isn't any reason you couldn't go from 19 to 18. Just make sure the wheel has the correct bearings if you have ABS.
