Hey all, looking for a seat for a 12 Cvo streetglide. The lady hates her pillion. I’m looking for a nice solo seat that is low but has back support and a big enough pillion to make the lady happy for longer then a hour or two ride. Thanks
The best way is to find a dealer like ultimate seats in Daytona they will let you use a seat for day ride so you can test them out. Harley has a line of seats also they will do the same thing so you know want your getting and it fits you seats are a lot like shoes you need to find the right one. Good Luck

Always been a problem with seats, and taking recommendations.....
One man's heaven is another man's hell......
For example, research an expensive, premium seat like a Corbin. Many think they are the best ever made, and many will say they are hard as a rock and pure torture..... Both are correct, from their own personal needs/wants/butts/perspective....
Buying the perfect seat is part research, part guesswork, part gamble, part luck..... anytime you get to try a potential seat purchase, take it!!! And make sure to give it more than a 30 minute test, it could save you big bucks in the long run...!!!!
I love my LePera. Customer service is top notch sent an email about an issue and part was in the mail the next day.
On really long rides I still find using a sheepskin helps. I know it looks odd but having the extra fluff allows more breath-ability and slightly more padding.
As Hattitude stated everyone has difference on seats. I followed what others had said and got a Mustang. My hand would go numb, so sold that seat and ran a Harley Tallboy. On the Road Glide I went with the LePera and have been loving it. Another option is send it in for a comfort mod with MeanCity or the like.
