I also saw that Saddlemen made a seat in partnership with Kraus Moto that has a channel for tail bone relief which looks interesting.
Not fond of Corbin in any form. Had one, was peeling myself off the bike in pain after 100 miles. Then returning it for warranty work = absolute nightmare (to this day). Its now a $500 paperweight. Avoid.

Check out a Propad for a summer while you research (Read specifically bullet point #4).
Sounds like you'll need a custom solution seat anyway.

I just put this on my new Street Glide. They call this one the Gunfighter. I had their backrest on my last 2 seats, but never used them, so I chose to go without on this one.

Curious if are you liking the Gunfighter? I also have a Street Glide, and I'm also around 60 and a "little" fat. I first got a Mustang RSD "Boss" seat - looked good, sat awful. Then got a Lucky Dave's - sit's great, looks odd (to me). Ordered a Corbin Gunfighter hoping for best of both worlds. If that doesn't do the trick, the Saddleman Krauss seat looks interesting.

Heated Corbin solo with passenger pillion on my 17, best seat I’ve ever had.

Yessir, it offers great support and I can ride for hours with no pain or comfort issues at all.
