It should the label reads can be used on "any painted surface." "Won't harm leather, rubber, plastic or aluminum surfaces." I like the fact in addition to ease of use no residue on the black crinkle finish.
You all understand this so called spray on "ceramic" coating is pure catch word marketing bullshit don't you ? Nothing you just wipe on is going coat anything with a ceramic base, takes heat to that.
I love a clean bike, but I'm not a fan of the process. Some feel it's relaxing, but i just get back pain from all the bending down and squatting.
I do my best to keep my RGU clean & shiny and I have some back problems--bulging discs. But I don't need to do any bending and squatting. Sounds like you do not have the proper equipment to keep your back from hurting. Suggestion: Get a bike jack. I use the Sears yellow jack, does a fine job. Very seldom do I ever need to lift the bike all the way off the garage floor or driveway but even with both tires still on the floor the bike is standing straight up and I take enough weight off of the tires so I can turn the handlebars easily when needed. And...., get a small wheeled stool. I can now spend as much time as necessary sitting on my stool and rolling all around my bike cleaning, tightening, etc. and my back doesn't suffer. And I usually leave the bike on the jack in the garage cause that takes up noticeably less space than the bike leaning over on the jiffy stand.
Glad to see & hear you are very pleased with your good looking RK. Bet you're not having any misgivings or regrets or even think about that Heritage you used to think about, are you? LOL.

Very true. Some, like Echo2 will leave a little something behind. In no way does CarPro say it will take this place of the a coating. Now, some of the other stuff, pure BS. Glad you see it. Some don't
Haven't used shine armor but I have had my bike coated with Kenzo IGL Ceramic and it is great, am curious to see if that detailer will work with my coating though
IGL makes a really good coatings. Im sure they have something thats designed to work with their coatings
Woof, that polish angel is not cheap!! Damn!! Anyway, I do actually use Uber as a rinseless as well. Good ****. As far as that HD Speed, just apply with a good microfiber and remove with another??
It is. However, on polished paint nothing adds to the look like PA. They have different stuff for certain paint types. Gold metallic, etc.

I read that it does work with ceramic coated bikes. What did they charge you to coat your bike?

Same here bulging discs in neck and lower back and new diagnosis of a labral tear in my him just a few weeks ago. The bike jack and stool sounds like a great idea, even when i just do the quick detail spray. I'll definitely look into it.
LOL....I absolutely love the RK, and yes, very pleased. Best choice i ever made. after riding this for a few months i can never see myself on anything other than a touring bike. This RKS will never be replaced.
