Navigation issues on 2019

Has anyone made a route (GPX) using Tyre for their 2019 HD? I have a 2016 Ultra and I've been using Tyre for years with great success! Recently, a friend of mine that has a 2019 downloaded a couple of routes using Tyre, but the routes are not working on his navigation system. Both routes worked flawlessly on mine. His navigation system will guide him to the starting point and that's it. He can view the route, but claims he doesn't see any waypoints. In his manual, it specifically talks about using Harley Ride Planner, which is gpx files too. Can anyone help us figure out why his navigation system is not working like it's supposed to. Thanks in advance!
