2019 Navigation issues with Gpx file

2019 Navigation issues with Gpx file

Has anyone made a route (GPX) using Tyre for their 2019 HD? I have a 2016 Ultra and I've been using Tyre for years with great success! Recently, a friend of mine that has a 2019 downloaded a couple of routes using Tyre, but the routes are not working on his navigation system. Both routes worked flawlessly on mine. His navigation system will guide him to the starting point and that's it. He can view the route, but claims he doesn't see any waypoints. In his manual, it specifically talks about using Harley Ride Planner, which is gpx files too. Can anyone help us figure out why his navigation system is not working like it's supposed to. My friends 2019 Street Glide will only follow routes correctly when planned in HD Ride Planner. I plan all my rides in MyRouteApp on my 2016 Ultra but if we upload one of my routes to his 2019 it won’t follow the route correctly and we noticed it doesn’t show his next turn correctly. So it seem to us that HD wants the 2019’s to use Ride Planner only.
Ride Planner seems to have a mind of it’s own at times.
