I ordered hi flow baffles for my 05 Ultra with Rinehart true duajs. They didn’t fit. I was told by Rinehart that my exhaust was from back when they were with bub abd I can’t get a baffle for those exhaust.
This is what the baffke looks like that came out. It is the 2.25” Rinehart standard baffke.
This is the baffke I ordered. It is 2.5” but doesn’t have the ring around the inlet end abs is a tad too short.
Can an I get creative and make it fit? Anyone have any experience with this? Or is there a 2.5” hi flow baffke I can order that will fit Rinehart True Duals 3.5” muffler manufactured in 2005?
Yup , get creative . I put a set of crusher mellows in my cvo exhaust after I cut the welds and removed the guts . Go to your local hardware store or wherever they sell exhaust parts , take your baffle with you and find the pieces you need . I removed the " rings " off the original baffles and welded them to the new ones . I had to extend the new one by about 6" and fasten the rings . If you don't have a welder , get all the pieces cut and fitted together and get a local shop to do it .
When I did mine , I used two separate pieces to reduce the size of the end . The pieces I used were just like the ones in the pic .
