What tuner did you get? Was it recommended by the dyno guy? A good dyno operator can probably tune with any of the top flash tuners, but some will have one they prefer over the others. Usually best to get one he's comfortable/confident with...
If he's good, he'll get it done... either by changing around your OEM map or getting one with similar mods and going from there... It'a all about putting the bike through the paces on the dyno and making adjustments from what he sees..... a good dyno tune will take some time
