I have been lurking here for almost a year, and finally decided to make a purchase! I have been in the "want" for at least 20 years, and now it's on order. I am getting a 2006 Road King Custom, ordered in Pearl Yellow.
I have come to appreciate this place...lot's of opinions, information, etc., and just wanted to say hello, and thanks from a new friend in Louisiana.......Jim
Hello Friends...Well, since I haven't ridden a motorcycle much in the past 22 years, the Road King was a little intimidating. I worked out a deal with the dealer on the deposit I had made on the Road King Custom, and am now a happy new owner!!!
I still see me and the wife trading up in a year or so, after I have some seat time. I know this doesn't ride like a RK, but wow, talk about good times already......
