I put mine in upside down the first time. There were no instructions with the new design mount. I ended up pulling it back out to flip it over the right way.

I just changed the Front Motor Mount. It changed the vibrations from (literally) teeth shaking at a stop light to just enough to know it’s a Harley. It smoothed it out through all RPM ranges. I can’t guarantee your results...but for me, it was night and day. I am sold.

I got it from Iron Aces on sale with no shipping. I have nothing to gain from them, but I would order from them again without hesitation.
