Engine guard mounted fog lamp kit

I'm considering adding a pair of the HD fog lamps for additional visibilty and would like to hear from anyone who has put these lamps on their bike. I do very little night riding and am only considering them as an additional safety item for daylight driving so I can be seen by other drivers better. Are they bright enough to add a lot more visibility to my bike?

Absolutely; that's why I put them on my '04 EG two years ago.

yep I love mine. I get flashed by people thinking my high beams are on when I use them, but I don't care...just tells me that they served their purpose and I was seen. They are bright enough that when I ride at night, never use my brights on my headlight. I also have running lights.

I have on my Street Glide. They are great. I wired them inside the Engine guards too. One Friday night with A high speed drill bit set and I was off. ALSO, the switch that comes with it STINKS (at least mine did) I got the SPOT switch from HD.
