Default Revised Fuel Moto vs Dyno

Just sent Jaime my tune after 4 Autotune runs as well as a couple data logs after riding the hell out of it in the hills and on the highway.

Can’t wait to get back his latest masterpiece...

Curious as to how this would stack up against a pro Dynotune.

I went this route last year. I did a couple auto tunes and sent him a data log and the new and original tunes. I went through the 3x's and I still had the bike pulling timing like a mad man. It got really bad in warm weather. I only had narrow band sensors so it is really tough to get good data. I ended up taking it to a local guy and it runs great. I think end result 4-5 Hp increase and about the same torque but it runs great.

Jaime is skilled at what he does. But no one can dyno tune a bike over the counter. Every bike is unique. He'll get you in the direction you need to go in. Find a good local tuner that can explain the process. I dont understand why people think a base map and a few auto tunes and your done.
Can some dyno tuners explain base map vs dyno session

Righto.
No disrespect intended, but a well calibrated dyno connected to YOUR bike at the hands of a good technician during the optimum conditions (IE Baro Pressure, etc.), there is no beating that. Other means can be mighty good, but not quite there.

Yes, a Dino tune is better but it’s also another for $500 that most people don’t want to spend and are happy enough with the two and they receive on the power vision or whichever tuner that use

We spend way more money than $500 on are harleys . Why not have your bike run correctly instead of that will do.

This one always baffles me...pay thousands for pipes, intakes, cams etc...then try to save money on the tune. The difference between a canned tune and a dyno tune in my bike was night and day. The extra power was just icing on the cake. The throttle lag was gone, started easier and ran cooler, that's enough to justify it for me. I tried the cheap tuner route and paid double in the end.

I think it’s the fact of paying about 400 for a PowerVision and then spending another 400 which is $800 just to get a decent tune. And with my car I had a Dino tune didn’t have to buy tuner spent 400 and it was awesome

I get a Dyno is #1.... No Brainer

Just wondering how close Jaime gets it checking logs and making tweaks to the Autotuned map.
