Did myself proud!

Sooo, there I was, determined to reach my goal of completing the loop up here in Alaska starting near Fairbanks. Rode 732 miles, over 500 of it was rain, and lots of it. Had to slow down to keep hydroplaning to a minimum. Left the house at 7 AM on Sat, pulled back up in the driveway at 3:15 AM Sun. The rain slowed us a lot. It was wet and it was cold. But it was great to ride with good friends. The ridewas beautiful, fun, and SOOOO comfortable on the Ultra (Bagger is the way to go).This is thelongest ride I have done to date in a 24 hour period. The ride and the peopleis what it is all about. Goal Accomplished!

glad you made it back with all that awesome weather. glad you had fun too. i couldn't imagine riding in that much rain, much less that cold. freaking Alaska, you crazy.
