Hi, all...Can anyone tell me if this year ('04) Road King has a Neck Bearing Zerk fitting for greasing the Neck Bearings? I've looked and felt around, but so far, No-Joy.
Thanks. What kind of grease gun, and grease, do you need to get to service the neck bearings?
ORIGINAL: glide
All the RK's have the zerk. It's on the left side slightly forward where the frame starts to curve down low. Turn the bars to the right to see it.
While many swear by different brands for one reason or another, I like to use the HD brand special purpose grease #99857-97. Can't get any backlash from service if you have a problem down the road if you are using their product.
Thanks, that's the grease I was looking at. Since it's 14oz shouldright into a Sears grease gun.
