In my opinion yes. Both are worth the money. They charged my one hour of labor to install both the hinges and latches.

I have an 03 Ultra. I have to replace my tour pack latches at least once a year. They are just pot metal and dont last very long.

I most definitely will do it myself. Just trying to decide if the premium latches are worth 3x as much as stock ones.
