Tourpack lock upgrade

I had seen a post a while back about an upgrade kit (not new latches) that HD had for the locking of the tour pack. It was supposed to align the lid when it closed and also help with the lock to work correctly. Anybody have the part number for this kit?

but it's only for 2013 and earlier tour-paks.
