Well I called them on Friday to cancel my order (spoke to the office lady).
I then got a call from someone (male) who said that MY part was actually ready for shipping , and it would ship out if I didn't cancel the order and I still wanted the part.
I told them to go ahead and keep the order and ship the part out, he said O.K.
I emailed them Friday afternoon, asking for a tracking number, and haven't gotten a reply yet for that tracking number yet.
Ill post as soon as if/ when I actually receive the part.

when I came to ship and they were pretty good when if they said they shipped it they did they don't send the tracking number or nothing I always got my stuff within a couple days so they were pretty accurate with that
I'd send them an e-mail stating your intentions of contacting your credit card company to cancel payment for non-delivery of purchased goods. Then contact your CC provider.
I e-mailed baker about the back order issue on sunday evening the 28th. Monday morning by 10;00 am they e-mailed me back and said the comps would ship out no later then the 22 of Aug. This works for me because I don't have time right now to replace my junk stock comp. I ordered a comp, rotor and gasket kit. I just couldn't see buying the screaming eagle kit and gluing that oil deflector in place, seems like a hoaky fix to me. I personally think these junk comps should fall into a recall category but we all know that will never happen.
I have been having issues with them as well. Their customer service has gone to hell. I'm glad I went to solid sprocket and not waiting for the warranty replacement comp.
