That would be too bad..... in my experience, when your name is on the business, owners tend to care more about service and reputation.....
Too many times, I've seen good companies that get sold, and then the new owner(s) cares only about the bottom line... service and reputation take a back seat...
The fact that Mark, who posted on here and handled questions/complaints has left their employ, and no one has been given the job to maintain their presence on this, and other, forums... is not a good sign....
Hope I'm wrong about Baker.... I always figured that at one point I'd like to add one of their transmissions to my Bagger....
