You obviously want to perform due diligence, like no amateur engine mods, no wrecks (unlikely a dealer would put a bike on the floor with an R title, but I suppose not impossible).
I paid 10 last year for a 2015 RK with 22K. Thought is was a great deal but it seems there are other similar deals out there with less miles,,,Your deal doesnt sound bad at all. Go in at $8500 and really steal it.
